I requested my police record through Kuwait embassy Manila and it takes 5 month before I recieved and it’s already expired because it was valid for 3months only. I have all the needed proof of a legit relationship but the only thing i am concerned about is that i didnt given her the ring yet. next time i see her will be 3 months from now, but i dont want to wait that long. can i submit my application without any pics of the ring or me proposing to her?

We are trying to fill out the DS-260 but the section for “City of Birth” needs 3 more characters to match the city on my applicants documents.
Our options seem to be to shorten “San” to “S.” or leave the last few letters of the city off?
